Shein has partnered with THG Fulfil to offer UK marketplace sellers direct access to its logistics network.
The partnership will provide sellers on Shein Marketplace with a direct integration into THG Fulfil’s global logistics capabilities, creating a more streamlined route from order placement to delivery and returns.
Orders will now flow directly from Shein Marketplace into THG Fulfil’s network, with the new service offering sellers an end-to-end fulfilment process, including a seamless returns flow, late-night cut-offs for next-day delivery, and improved support for brands looking to scale.
The development forms part of a wider suite of localised services being introduced for UK sellers on Shein Marketplace, which launched in the UK in 2024.
Shein said the improvements were built around feedback from sellers and are designed to make the platform more integrated and efficient for British businesses.
More than 2,500 UK sellers are now active on Shein Marketplace, which allows brands and retailers to list their products online and access Shein’s customer base of more than 100 million shoppers across Europe, as well as its wider global platform.
The retailer said the THG Fulfil partnership would give sellers easier access to logistics, tools and international visibility, while allowing them to retain control over their brand identity, content and product assortment.
Sellers will also benefit from product delivery support and exposure through Shein’s global marketing campaigns and social media channels.
Shein senior director for brand operations EMEA Christina Fontana said: “We’re pleased to see more than 2,500 UK sellers active on Shein Marketplace. It’s especially encouraging to see British brands growing their footprint and sales across Europe through the Shein platform.
“By enhancing the seller experience and strengthening integrations with local partners, such as with THG Fulfil, we’ve made it easier for UK brands and retailers to scale their operations while maintaining full control over their brand and assortment.
“We’ve seen particular success with small and medium-sized businesses who are transforming their sales by plugging into our platform, and we’re excited to help even more British businesses succeed.”
THG Ingenuity chief revenue officer Darren Rajanah said: “We are proud to partner with Shein and provide the powerful fulfilment and courier management infrastructure that will help brands succeed on its marketplace.
“Our technology offers sellers a distinct competitive advantage, creating a seamless process for launching on the platform and ensuring their customers receive a world-class delivery experience.
“We are excited to be named Shein’s official beauty partner and look forward to supporting brands of all sizes as they scale and grow.”
