Fitted furniture retailer Sharps Bedrooms has completed its acquisition of Clever Closet.
The deal for the under stair storage specialists marks the second acquisition by Sharps over the past year, following its purchase of custom furniture company Fittingly in September 2023.
Sharps has confirmed that Clever Closet founder Paul Jacob “will continue to support the business” in combination with its team.

Sharps grew its turnover by 6% to £135m in the year to 23 September as it shifted its sales model from physical stores to a digitally-led, online shopping experience. It closed six showrrooms in the year ending October 1, 2023, having closed a further 21 the prior year, City AM reported.
